Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NachoWorks website, build interface, kiosk, loyalty program, arcade, and related features (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by [PLACEHOLDER — legal entity name] ("NachoWorks," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Pre-Launch / Demonstration Notice
The Platform is currently a pre-launch demonstration. Features such as ordering, checkout, CHO Points, rewards, kiosks, and location trackers are provided to demonstrate the concept. At this stage: (a) we do not process real food orders, payments, or fulfillment; (b) CHO Points, coupons, vouchers, and rewards are non-monetary, promotional, and have no cash value; and (c) locations, trailers, testimonials, community-impact figures, and financial projections shown on the Platform are illustrative or simulated unless expressly stated otherwise. Features and content may change or be removed at any time.
Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for abuse.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You will not: attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the build system or our APIs; circumvent rate limits, security, or access controls; impersonate others; or submit content that is offensive, discriminatory, infringing, or illegal. Submitted build names, handles, bios, and other content must comply with these standards. We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any submission at our discretion.
User Content & the Chommunity Wall
You retain ownership of the original content you submit (such as build names and photos). By submitting content to the Chommunity Wall or other public areas, you grant NachoWorks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform — including featuring it on our official social media pages (see the Privacy Policy). Naming rights on the Chommunity Wall are offered on the terms shown in the app at the time (currently a free introductory period followed by an optional paid extension). You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to submit it.
CHO Points & Rewards
CHO Points and any coupons, vouchers, or rewards are a promotional loyalty feature. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted, expired, or discontinued. Earning rates, redemption options, and program rules may change. Intellectual Property
The NachoWorks name, logos, the "1 Billion Ways to Nacho" tagline, brand characters (including CHOpilot, Evil Tofu, and Nacho Macho), site design, and related materials are owned by NachoWorks or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
AI Features & Food Information
The CHOpilot assistant and AI-generated imagery are provided for convenience and inspiration and may be inaccurate or incomplete. CHOpilot suggestions, dietary/allergen indicators, and nutritional information are not guarantees and are not medical, dietary, or allergen advice. Always verify ingredients and allergens with staff before consuming any food. AI chat inputs are processed by our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.
Franchise & Investor Information
Any franchise or investment information on the Platform (including the franchising and investor pages) is for general informational purposes only. It is not an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy a franchise or any security, and it does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. No franchise will be offered or sold except through a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and in compliance with applicable law; any securities offering would be made only through appropriate offering materials.
