When you use our Build interface or submit a creation to The Nacho Wall, we may collect: • Build configuration data (ingredient selections, your chosen name) • Voluntarily submitted information (name, handle) • Standard browser/session data (via cookies) We do not require account creation or collect personally identifiable information beyond what you voluntarily provide.
How We Use Your Information
Information submitted to The Nacho Wall is stored locally on your device and used solely to display your creation within the gallery. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties. Build IDs (Calibration IDs) are generated locally using your ingredient selections and do not transmit to external servers in this version of the application.
Cookies & Local Storage
The Nacho Wall feature uses browser localStorage to persist your saved builds between sessions. No external tracking cookies are used. You can clear your stored data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site.
Third-Party Services
This site loads emoji icons from the Iconify CDN and may use image assets hosted externally. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar tracking services on this site.
Terms of Use
By using Nacho Works, you agree to: • Use the site for lawful purposes only • Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the build system • Take responsibility for any content you voluntarily submit to The Nacho Wall Submitted Wall names must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any submission at our discretion.
Changes to This Policy
As Nacho Works develops, this policy may be updated. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
